Answers to frequently asked questions:
Tickets are $12 for adults and seniors, and $7 for children.
Parking is $12 per day; four-day passes are available for purchase at the show (ask where at the ticket booth when you enter the building).
Discounts are available on Thursday or Friday only for groups of more than 25 people by calling Julie Dennehy at 508-533-8311. Individual $1 off discount coupons are available at your local Petco, or by clicking here and printing out as
many as you need. Group tours are available by request as well.
Do not touch or pet any dog without asking permission first, as groomers work very hard to keep each show dog looking his or her best.
Cameras, strollers, wheelchairs, folding chairs, and comfortable shoes are encouraged.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted. Kids are welcome!
Kids will love seeing dogs of all shapes and sizes and the exciting agility competitions (a timed obstacle course for dogs). Families are encouraged to attend early for best parking opportunities and a chance to see agility (morning is best) and doggie demonstrations (11 am to 1 p.m. weekends only). For the best time to browse the grooming areas and holiday shopping, beat the crowds and attend Thursday or Friday.
If you cannot attend until late in the day, you will see a quieter show as you've missed the "best of breed" and possible "best of group" competitions, but you should still see the top dog win "best in show." Shopping, public service booths and agility may still be in full swing, but the earlier you arrive, the better.
